No experience needed!

Join us for a Lego robotics Workshop! Whether you’re busy with work or planning a staycation, our Spring Break Camp offers fun, hands-on STEAM activities that keep your child engaged all week long.

Kids build, create, and problem-solve through age-appropriate robotics, engineering, and creative challenges—no prior experience needed.

What to Expect:

Each day, campers will jump into hands-on building, coding, and creative challenges using LEGO® Robotics and other STEAM materials. Camp includes a mix of free build time, guided projects, teamwork, and short breaks to reset and recharge. Expect hands-on fun, supportive staff, and a balance of structured activities and open play — this is a space where campers can move, make, imagine, and grow. No experience needed — beginners and returning campers are always welcome. Additional details can be found in the FAQ below.

  • Our Spring Break Camps are open to elementary-aged students. No prior experience with LEGO® robotics or STEAM activities is required.

  • We offer half-day sessions from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 12:00 PM–3:00 PM. Families may register for either session, or sign up for both sessions to create a full-day camp experience. This flexible structure works well for busy families.

  • Each day includes hands-on building, coding, creative challenges, free build time, teamwork, and movement breaks using LEGO® Robotics and other STEAM materials. Activities balance structure with flexibility to keep campers engaged and energized.

  • Mixed-age groups allow campers to learn at their own pace while benefiting from collaboration and peer learning. Activities are scaled by skill level rather than grade, so younger campers are supported and older campers remain challenged. This environment naturally builds confidence, teamwork, and leadership.

  • All campers should bring a water bottle. Campers attending a half-day session should bring a snack. Campers registered for both sessions (full day) should bring a lunch and two snacks — one for the morning and one for the afternoon.

  • All STEAMworks instructors are experienced, background-checked, and trained to support students in a positive, encouraging camp environment.

  • We use clear expectations, positive reinforcement, and age-appropriate guidance to create a safe, respectful, and fun learning environment for all campers.

  • That’s perfectly okay! Many campers are brand new. Our activities are designed so beginners and returning campers can jump in and feel successful.

  • Please share any allergies or accommodation needs during registration so we can best support your child.

  • The daily structure remains consistent, but specific activities may vary by day based on camper interests and energy levels.

  • At STEAMworks, we focus on more than just building projects — we focus on building confidence. Our camps balance structured learning with creative freedom, so campers have space to explore their own ideas while still receiving guided support. We intentionally keep groups small, use mixed-age collaboration, and meet each child where they are. With experienced, supportive instructors and years of programming at the Circle C Community Center, our camp offers a welcoming environment where kids can move, create, problem-solve, and grow.
